Our own wild venison from our farm and surrounding woodlands. A highly sustainable meat, its earthy flavour perfectly partnered with the smokiness of paprika and a hint of chilli. We also include a small amount of our free range, rarebreed pork to create the perfect texture.
This a medium heat chorizo with the best Spanish paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper for a little kick. A soft flavoursome chorizo.
180g each.
Ingredients: Wild venison 71%, free range pork 28%, salt, hot smoked paprika, garlic, black pepper, dextrose, oregano, cayenne pepper, preservative (sodium nitrite). 140g of venison is used to make 100g of finished product.
Gluten, wheat and lactose free.
Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume with 4 weeks of opening and by the best before date. Serve at room temperature.
