Made with our Middle White pork, the cheeks are cured for 4 months with coriander seeds, juniper berries, salt and black pepper. This is the traditional cut for an authentic carbonara pasta.
Ingredients: Free-range pork 92.08%, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, fennel, coriander, juniper berries, thyme, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite). 125g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product.
Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.
Cooking instructions: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 3 mins. Check food is piping hot. This is a guide only.
