Made with our free range Middle White Pork. This a mild-medium heat chorizo with the best Spanish paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper for a little kick.
A flavoursome chorizo, perfect on pizza, in pasta dishes or baked before being drizzled with hot honey.

Ingredients: Free range pork 89.41%, salt, hot smoked paprika, garlic, black pepper, dextrose, oregano, cayenne pepper, preservative (sodium nitrite).
Gluten, wheat and lactose free.
Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.
