Middle White collar (central shoulder muscle), cured in our own farm pressed apple juice, then air dried for 5-6 months with salt, black pepper and a little garlic. A deliciously flavoured meat with a slight sweetness, the fat is marbled throughout the muscle.

Ingredients: Free-range pork 95.5%, salt, apple juice (pressed apple), dextrose, ground black pepper, garlic, preservatives (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate). 195g of pork used to produce 100g of finished product.

Gluten, wheat and lactose free.

55g per pack.

Once opened store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
