Mangalitsa pork, cured for 5 months in salt, black pepper and a little garlic. A deliciously flavoured meat with a slight sweetness, the fat is marbled throughout the muscle.
Ingredients: Free-range pork 95.5%, salt, dextrose, ground black pepper, garlic, preservatives (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate). 195g of pork used to produce 100g of finished product.
Gluten, wheat and lactose free.
60g per pack. Approximately 14 slices.
Once opened store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
