Cured in our own farm pressed apple juice.
Air dried Mangalitsa pork collar, cured for a minimum of 5 months.
Deliciously flavoured with a slight sweetness, the fat is marbled throughout the muscle creating a soft melt in the mouth feel.
To experience the full flavour palette, ensure the Coppa is served at room temperature.
Ingredients: Free-range pork 95.5%, salt, apple juice (100% pressed apple), dextrose, ground black pepper, garlic, preservatives (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate).
195g of pork used to produce 100g of finished product.
Gluten, wheat and lactose free.
60g per pack. Approximately 14 slices.
Once opened store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
