Middle White loin cured for approximately 5 months in sea salt, black pepper, sweet smoked paprika and a little garlic. A deliciously flavoured meat with a slight sweetness.

Ingredients: Free-range pork 95.8%, salt, dextrose, black pepper, sweet smoked paprika, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate). 195g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product.
Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
