Made with our Middle White pork. Garlic is at the forefront whilst the rosemary gives an aromatic finish to a great salami.

180g whole.

Ingredients: Free range pork 95.5%, salt, garlic, black pepper, rosemary, dextrose, preservative (sodium nitrite)

Gluten, wheat and lactose free.

Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and use by the best before date. Serve at room temperature.
