Made with our rarebreed pork. A fiery, spreadable salami. Packs a punch in both flavour and heat. Cayenne Pepper, Paprika and chilli flakes. Great on pizza’s, in pasta, or a spoonful into your Chilli Con Carne.

Ingredients: Free-range pork 92%, fat, chilli, salt, black pepper, paprika, dextrose, preservatives (sodium nitrite). 113g of pork used to produce 100g of finished product.

Minimum shelf life 6 weeks on arrival. Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and use by the best before date. Serve at room temperature.
