Mangalitsa loin, cured for approximately 5 months in sea salt, black pepper, sweet smoked paprika and a little garlic. A depth of flavour that is not achieved with other breeds and a great talking point for your charcuterie board.

Ingredients: Free-range pork 95.8%, salt, dextrose, black pepper, sweet smoked paprika, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate). 195g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product.

Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
