Herbes de Provence Salami

Made with our Middle White pork. A simply delicious salami, fragrant, with a mixture of herbs and a little garlic.

180g each.

Ingredients: Free range pork 96.2%, salt, mixed herbs, garlic powder, preservative (sodium nitrite)

Gluten, wheat and lactose free.

Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge and use by the best before date. Serve at room temperature.
