Our own wild venison from our farm and surrounding woodlands. A highly sustainable meat bringing an earthy taste to a great salami, with a delicious blend of herbs and a touch of garlic. We also include a small amount of our free range, rarebreed pork to create the perfect texture.

180g each.

Ingredients: Wild venison 68%, free range pork 32%, salt, mixed herbs, garlic powder, dextrose, preservative (sodium nitrite). 140g of venison is used to make 100g of finished product.

Gluten, wheat and lactose free.

Once opened keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume with 4 weeks of opening and by the best before date. Serve at room temperature.
