Fennel Mangalitsa Salami

Made using the famous Hungarian pig breed, the Mangalitsa. Known as the Woolly pig! The premium pork breed is sought after by world-class chefs.

A soft, melt-in-the-mouth salami. A little black pepper and a perfect balance of fennel.

180g each.

Ingredients: Free range pork 95.56%, salt, black pepper, dextrose, fennel seeds, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite). 140g of pork is used to produce 100g of finished product.

Gluten, wheat and lactose free.

Once opened, store in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.
